Hi I'm Don, a Caucasian American professional and I rent the whole 3 bedroom/2 bath flat and I occupy one bedroom here. Another bedroom here is to be occupied by a very nice Caucasian English professional in April '14. Note: I stay in the flat only about half the week, I very rarely cook, and the English gentleman works long hours including Saturdays and he is busy with outdoor activities on Sundays. Consequently, whomever rents the master bedroom will often be the only person in the flat.
